Results of Rule 8 Hearing

The Four Necessity valve turners at their second court hearing in Itasca County Court, Grand Rapids MN. The judge formally entered the 2 charges; one felony and one misdemeanor, read the defendants their rights to a 12 person jury trial and set the next hearing date. Once that hearing date is confirmed, the date will be posted. About a dozen supporters from the area held a rally in front of the courthouse prior to the hearing.
